Taking a proactive approach to caring for our mental health can help create more meaningful relationships, develop the strength to work through issues, and feel more fulfilled in life.
Natalie enjoys working with teens and young adults because she believes that early intervention is essential. Natalie knows that adolescence is a critical developmental stage and finds it rewarding to impart guidance and support to her clients.
